We offer:
- Subscription news
service with on-line newsletter publication of Clerk's Office Filings.
- Database of county
clerk's records (dating from 1/1/2001) and selected civil court filings searchable
by individual/entity name, and/or property identification.
- Database of property
sales and current ownership searchable by entity name, address, property
type, location, sale price, and sale date among other characteristics.
- Subscriber selectable
data retrieval regarding change in price paid for property over time.
- Identification of repossessed properties.
- Periodic reporting
of data relevant to the local community concerning housing composition,
bank lending and foreclosure activities, building permit activity,
and other topics.
- Retrieval and delivery
of recorded documents via electronic file.
- Custom designed and
produced reports regarding clerk's office filings, banking operations,
property in foreclosure, entity or person identification, and neighborhood
demographics.
- Mailing lists.
- Electronic delivery
of plat maps with no added charge.
Subscription
Levels, Rates and Billing:
Daybreak
Data Company currently offers data for Klamath County, Oregon, only.
All subscribers may retrieve public information regarding particular properties. Also all subscribers may order copies of publicly recorded documents found in our library
(dated after January 1, 2001) direct from Daybreak Data Company for
electronic delivery at a scheduled fee in addition to the regular subscription
price.
Individual
Subscriptions
The Company
offers two subscription levels for individuals:
Basic: The Basic subscription offers the following tools:
- Name Search: Search the Company database for the name of a person or entity to identify activity resulting in recordings at the Klamath County Clerk's office.
- Property Search: Search the Company database for a particular property or group of properties to
obtain information regarding current ownership, tax mailing address, physical improvements
and site characteristics, existing indebtedness and other data such as plat maps,
assessor's estimates of value, measure 50 valuation, and tax levies.
- Newsletter: View a summary of a day's recorded public documents from any day in the past week.
- Basic Sales Search: Restricted to single family homes and general criteria.
- Neighborhood Information: Obtain information regarding real estate sales
in particular neighborhoods when
you need to provide information regarding the general price range of housing.
Advanced: The Advanced subscription offers the following tools:
- Name Search: Search the Company database for the name of a person or entity to identify activity resulting in recordings at the Klamath County Clerk's office.
- Property Search: Search the Company database for a particular property or group of properties to
obtain information regarding current ownership, tax mailing address, physical improvements
and site characteristics, existing indebtedness and other data such as plat maps,
assessor's estimates of value, measure 50 valuation, and tax levies.
- Sales Search: Search the Company database for a transaction or a group of transactions involving a particular property or a group of properties. Subscriber can limit search to commercial, agricultural, industrial or residential properties with or without improvements. Here's the market data any professional needs to know.
- Newsletter: View a summary of a day's recorded public documents from any day in the past week.
- Repossessions: Identify repossessed properties of any type.
- Neighborhood Information: Obtain information regarding real estate sales in particular neighborhoods when
you need to provide information regarding the general price range of housing.
- Charts & Graphs: View analyses provided by the Company regarding change in price of real estate, sales activity, and lending activity.
Group
Subscriptions
The Company
affords favorable group subscription rates when billing and payment
for services can be arranged through one source for all members of the
group. Group subscription rates are based on the levels of service provided
by the Company and the number of users within the group.
Billing
The Company
only submits bills through e-mail. The subscriber may pay by check. Individual fees for delivery of documents
by electronic file can only be paid by credit card and will be collected
periodically. The Company does not issue individual receipts for payment
of services. Subscribers need to rely on bank statements
for documentation of payment.
